Situated in Tokyo and within 100 metres of World Bags and Luggage Museum, SAKE Bar Hotel Asakusa has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. It was clean and well organized. Staff was super friendly and had a translator device in proximity in the case they couldn’t speak the language. Location is wonderful, close to all famous temples in Asakusa and to train stations. And the free sake was a plus!

Well set in the Taito district of Tokyo, KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi is situated 500 metres from Matsuba Park, 100 metres from Eiken-ji Temple and 500 metres from Kappabashi-dori Shopping... Location is perfect, Ginza line is 2 min walk. Apt is perfect for a family, clean, comfortable, compared to Tokyo-size apts, it is spacious. Reception és Super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, MIMARU TOKYO ASAKUSA STATION is located in Tokyo, 200 metres from Komagatado and 500 metres from Hozomon Gate. Service was the best feature for me. Manager Shiva was very supportive. All the staff are helpful for suggesting local eateries, booking of attractions and suggesting best routes to take. Room size was perfect and cleanliness was maintained throughout.

Conveniently situated in the Taito district of Tokyo, Asakusa HomeSuites Tokyo is located 500 metres from Rinko-ji Temple, 400 metres from Drum Museum and 400 metres from Asakusa ROX Shopping Center. This place was extremely accessable from where Tanabata Matsuri took place. Also, near enough from Senso-ji and Ueno/Asakusa Station. The staff, Mr. Takabatake and presumably his family was very kindfull, If you can speak a bit of japanese, this place might be the best place to stay while in this area. Also If you are planning to travel in group, i would say this place is the definite pick.

Only a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station and Tawaramachi Subway Station, B:CONTE Asakusa offers modern accommodations with a kitchen and an in-room launderette. The hotel room was larger than other Tokyo hotels rooms, i.e it fitted a tiny kitchenette, washer with inbuilt dryer and there was enough floor area to place your bag on the floor and open it. The closet even had a folding table and chair which was a bonus. The location, close to Sensoji and Skytree was fantastic with a 24 hr grocery and many izakayas and food options around. The bathroom had modern fittings, the hot strong shower was lovely. The reception supplies small bottles of seasonings at reasonable rates and stocks many free amenities including detergent, tea, coffee, towels, dental kits. They have some lovely baking supplies which are free to use. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Really the most outstanding moment was when we were checking out at 6am, amidst heavy rain, and the staff on duty came after us to present umbrellas and said to take them, return not required. We were incredibly touched at their care and attention. We would stay here again.

Kaminarimon Ryokan offers accommodation with free WiFi. The rooms are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Staff found for me an amazing traditional Japanese music concert in Hokutopia and the most unique Drama Noh play in the Ginza Six theater. Made my trip.
