Set 500 metres from Starhill Gallery, KLoe Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Kuala Lumpur and features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. The property at KLOE is beautiful! I loved my room and all the common spaces. There are nice lounge areas by the pool and comfy couches and work spaces in the lobby. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly! Everything was super clean, bathroom and shower were amazing. The complimentary local snacks were a plus too!

I really appreciate the support I received from all staff of the CitizenM hotel. All my questions were answered, and I am so very grateful for the kindness, hospitality and professionalism of staff. Thank you! I would like to add that my room was always cleaned; towels and bed sheets were changed on a daily basis. It's all about perfection :) It is also worth noting that a co-working space has absolutely exceeded my expectations. If you have to study, work or even prepare for an exam during your stay in KL, this place is for you!

The incredible view, the staff is very helpful and polite, the room was top rated, I had a kettle, tea / coffee, all the toiletries! There was enough space for everything and the bathroom is modern and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, no crowds. I was lucky and I never had any queues at the lifts. There were enough of them. Plenty of eating options nearby as well as MRT station. The hotel is one of the best ones that I ever stayed at! Thank you very much!
