Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, nice room and good value for the price, location isn’t very central however there’s some great food nearby and it’s easy to get into the centre

Located in a vibrant district, Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur offers 5-star accommodations above the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was amazing and Botanica were so kind to make me takeaway breakfasts for the mornings where I needed to leave before 7! Cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was great. Great view of the city. Best location if you're looking to use the train.

The room was well-sized, with a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The bed is also very comfy. Buffet breakfast was decent and alot of malaysian food options. The hotel while in a quiet area of Bangsar, allows you easy access by Grab to anywhere around the city. Will stay there again. I like spacious rooms.

Spacious room, helpful staff and great location. Had to make changes to my booking and the staff were very accommodating.
