The staff is amazing, the location is wonderful, and the food is out of this world. My fiancé and I came for my birthday and they upgraded us to the SUITE for free. It was incredible! 2 rooms, a soaking bath, multiple bathrooms, all inclusive mini bar, and those fun Japenese toilets with all the buttons. and and and a birthday cake delivered to our suite! (thank you so much for the upgrade Kat) We have our omakase dinner in Nobu and lunch at Hidemasa! This is how you get a customer for life. Nobu will take care of you for 1 night, so you will come back for trip 2.. 3.. and so on. Excellent customer service is shy from what I experienced on this property. The host was also very responsive, easy to communicate with, kind, and friendly. The check-in was also easy and the Bloom Residences staff downstairs were friendly. Our daughter loved the bunk bed.
