Francesco was the perfect host from beginning to end: welcoming, polite and resourceful. He picked us up from the building entrance, showed us the room, provided us with a city guide, a city map and suggestions of places to visit and restaurants where to eat. The room was indeed luxury - bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, even slippers! We had the triple room and everything was exactly as the pictures show it. Location wise, it was a quiet area although walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and many other attractions. I will stay there again when back in Bologna.
