We had the luck to have a small "family museum tour" from Maria del Rosario self and we were totally delighted to see how much love and effort were put in this hotel. + The breakfast was the best we had in our tour and we stayed before in some other bigger well known hotels. Considering that in South America there is not much use to have big breakfast, we were surprised about all what was offered and the different and lot of delicious and self made stuff. You are asked if you want to have eggs and if you do, they prepare them fresh and the way you want. This is something maybe common in higher star hotels and surprised us here very positively. The also had self-made pies and marmalade but if you prefer packaged products, you had them too. + The peace and AMAZING views!! From every part of the room. Even a small window at the shower which allows you to have a shower with view (but enough privacy!) + Price-performance ratio, TOP!

This was one of the best places we stayed at during our to to Chile. The room was really spacious, nice and comfortable. Great decor and amenities with nice little touches. The host was so welcoming and helpful. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. Delicious breakfast served right to your room. Great location in town too.

We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

The breakfast room was very smart. The whole hotel only has about 10 rooms so you felt very well looked after. We had two staff in particular, Herman’s and Jordan, who were wonderful and helpful - esp with our lack of the language, but laughter on both sides got us though.

We stayed at the hostel three times during our stay in Patagonia - as you can see, we really liked it. Simple but very clean rooms, a very good breakfast and incredibly friendly and helpful owners. We had to leave for our tours shortly after six in the morning and each time they packed us a breakfast box. We can definitely recommend this hostel.

This place is beautiful: cute, charming log cabins located in a secluded forest clearing. When we arrived, my reaction was "wow". The host, Mauricio, was very friendly and helpful. It's a really good base for exploring this part of Chilean Patagonia. We loved staying here and would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

Honestly the best hotel we stayed in Patagonia. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. Wonderful romantic getaway. Everything and everyone was great. Facility beautiful. Food was good and reasonable especially considering there are no other options but they did a great job for a fair price. Umbrellas were a nice touch and spa massages and pools were great. Hot springs maintained well. We loved our time there even though it rained a lot.
