The staff was soo friendly and helpful. They made the check in very easy. They showed us personally to our suite and gave us directions and recommendations of where to eat and sightsee. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. It truly exceeded out expectations.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of mountain, Pension Auszeit is set in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, 23 km from Sportpark Pennenfeld. This is a newly renovated accommodation and is a 10 minute walk from the station. Everything is spotless and the owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming. My room was on the second floor and there was no lift so the owner carried my bags upstairs for me. He also facilitated an early checkout with breakfast for me. The breakfast was good except that the fruit was a bit over ripe, but this is a small issue in a first rate place. I would certainly be happy to come back to this again.

We've been to around 10 hotels/accommodations in Ahrtal and this is the best hotel so far. Staff were friendly, room was exceptional and larger than other hotels, breakfast was worth the price they charge. They offer refreshing prosecco, local cheeses, different eggs, and good quality bread and cakes!

The staff at Hotel Krupp was very friendly. When we were at the bar, they told us about the floods a few years ago which have devastated the hotel. Now, the hotel has been completely refurbished and renovated. Fotos of the floods can be found around the hotel.

We spent some time in the Ahr Valley to walk the vines, visit wineries and taste the local Pinot Noir. The Ahr is still recovering from the devastating floods of 2021. Haus Appel was no different as it was hit hard. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for accessing the walking trails through the vines and to visit wineries. There still isn't a lot of additional services running (plus it was down season). But the rooms were clean and very, very affordable. The Ahr wine is incredible, and the area deserves the support of all wine loving tourists while they rebuild!

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes. We have stayed in this area for many years and after the flood disaster wondered if we would ever go back. However Hotel Ruland have certainly given us a reason to return and I am sure once the surrounding building works are complete it will be more than perfect

Very cute little chalet which is surprisingly spacious, given it's size. The accommodation was clean, tidy, well equipped and is extremely flexible for sleeping arrangements/number of guests. Lovely, quiet location just outside a quaint and picturesque little village in the middle of the absolutely stunning Eifel region. There isn't a single unpleasant view for miles in any direction, that we found anyway.
