We had a great stay, Jose and Juanita are both lovely people. They made you feel safe and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious each morning that Juanita cooked for us, they went above and beyond and are extremely chilled. We did our laundry with Juanita which smelt beautiful. Our room was super spacious, comfortable beds, clean, it had everything we needed for our stay and exploring Isbabela. I also left my purse in a restaurant (stupid me) round the corner and Jose went above and beyond to try locate this for me. My purse was found and Jose put this on a plane to San Cristobal to return to me. I’ve never met such lovely and kind people! Thank you

In addition to the large comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms, the staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, kindness and hospitality provided. One of the staff members even accompanied us to the medical clinic. Breakfast was also a treat. Location is just off the main square. Very easy walk to everything.

Hotel Albemarle is a great hotel and I can't recommend it enough. Tim the owner, a New Zealander, is a cool dude and the hotel staff is great and highly attentive. Juliette in particular helped me with every aspect of my trip, from booking dinners and activities as well as making me feel welcome as a solo traveler. I had a great time, and look forward to returning and exploring more of the Galapagos Islands :)

Everything was perfect! The location with an incredible view, the hotel excellent, the room amazing, everything super clean, the swimming pool perfectly tempered, the breakfast delicious and most importantly, the people working there very friendly and helpful! Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Among the various facilities are a bar, water sports facilities, as well as a private beach area.... Beautiful location down a quaint alleyway and right on the beach. So clean! Big breakfast buffet brought to your room when you want it there. Would definitely stay again. Best place on island! Lovely staff.
