Hotel in Vihula
Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa is a hidden treasure on the northern coast of Estonia, set amidst the pristine Lahemaa National Park close to the Baltic Sea. The place is very beautiful (especially at night and in winter), so much to see and to do. Very nice SPA included in the price of the standard room. It was very relaxing after the long road.
Hotel in Viinistu
Viinistu Art hotel, housed in a former fish manufacturing complex, is located in a picturesque seaside fishing village in the Lahemaa National Park by the Eru Bay. Super friendly and caring staffs, very artsy atmosphere, fantastic view, delicious food
Hotel in Sagadi
Surrounded by the beautiful nature of Lahemaa National Park, this historic estate is located close to the coast of Northern Estonia, between Tallinn and the Russian border. Everything was great! no complaints. The location is so wonderful, I even started thinking of moving here :)
Palmse
Located in Palmse in the Lääne-Virumaa region, Ämmamoori Maja - Mother-in-Law's House features a patio. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Lovely place and Tiia is a great host!
Käsmu
Käsmu Holiday House features free WiFi and views of sea in Kasmu. This property also provides guests with a small terrace. All guest rooms at the inn are fitted with a seating area and a reading lamp.... It had everything we needed for a winter stay. It was like an apartment, clean, and spacious. The furniture in the room with a sea view was of nice quality. There were warm floors which I appreciated, and plenty of kitchen space.
Kolga-Aabla
Set in Kolga-Aabla, Aablaranna Puhkemaja offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV. The property consists of 3 different houses with double rooms. 1) The hosts were very nice and very responsive; moreover, it was nice that they live on the property. 2) Incredibly nice showers, and sauna looked to be good as well (although we did not try it. 3) Clean, well kept, and with an extremely comfortable bed. 4) Located in a pretty part of the country. The nearby shorelines is very nice. Background note concerning responses in this review: There are three rental cottages on the premises; we were in #2. The others looked to be similar size, but we don't know whether everything in our response would apply accurately to them.
Vergi
Vergi puhkemajad provides a sauna, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Vergi. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The house was clean and cozy. A nice sauna, staircases to the second floor - made the stay unforgettable. The nice bonus: bikes in the shack: we couldn't resist an opportunity to take a ride
Käsmu
Sinisalu Apartments is a private holiday house situated in the beautiful village of Käsmu, known among Estonians as “Captain’s Village”. We stayed in the beautiful little garden cottage. It was just lovely, there was a heating lamp on the terrace to enjoy the evening even with cooler temperatures. It was comfy and cozy and nice. And the lady who welcomed us was very kind. We loved our stay!
Käsmu
Located at the seaside in the Lahemaa National Park and surrounded by beautiful greenery, Merekalda Apartment offers self-catering accommodation in apartments. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. Quiet, calm, away from noise. Loved that the host provided starter coffee and coffee maker ☺️. She also gave us tips on where to hike/bike in area and other local info. Would def recommend this place.
Pärispea
Situated in Pärispea in the Harjumaa region, Tiny Cozy House has a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The property is accessible by public bus from Tallinn, there are 2-3 a day. Nearest grocery shop is quite a distance, so you need to bring all your food with you. There are some great walks along the coast, that is a few hundred metres away along a path. The house is essentially one room with a bunk bed, a fantastic open fire, basic electric cooking facilities and a shower area. Unfortunately during my stay (April) the water that is supplied to the house by a hosepipe froze . There is a shower in the place but I couldn't use it as the water was frozen. The owners brought me buckets of water to wash myself / dishes etc. They also supplied bottled water to drink. The earth toilet facilities are outside in a nearby shed. There's also plenty of pre-chopped firewood. Overall a great place to stay, I enjoyed my visit but I don't think it would suit everybody.

This cozy and well- organized guesthouse in located in the middle of Lahemaa National Park. The friendly and hospitable staff provides free maps and all info necessary to visit the interesting places around. Free tea and coffee are served 24/7 in the lobby. The rooms are big, the wifi connection is excellent. They have their own parking in front of the building. It is the best property I slept on my Estonian trail - highly recommended!
Great place, that has everything you need: good food (breakfast is surreal), leisure (Viinistu Art Museum is 50 meters from hotel) and rest (nature around is beatiful - Lahemaa National Park).
Very nice hotel with beautiful territory, good breakfast Close to Lahemaa National Park For sure will stay here again
Cousy cottage with all you need. Beautiful nature near and silent peaceful vibe! Lovely host :) well be back someday!
Beatiful cottage in an idyllic place just by the lake and a local pond where you could swim. The cottage had everything it needed with a kettle and pots and pans. The area is very well thought through with attention to every little detail. Plenty of interesting places for little ones to discover. You could even rent a boat on the lake. Cash only!
Beautiful country property, by the river, only 1km from sea. Very friendly owner. Quiet old village, beaches and forest to walk around. We stayed at larger apartment with fantastic library. The apartment has huge windows, it was clean and cozy. Over the road was forest trail, I had a morning walk to pick up the blueberries.
The host was very nice and we had a great time here!
Just so nice! The cabins are small, but big enough. The kitchen is well equipped. The camp site is spacious and well kept. We made a fire to roast marshmallows and we met the animals that live on the campground. Really nice experience, also for our kids.
great bedroom, quiet and spacious. Great meal at the local inn and a short walk to the local Manor House. Really friendly staff.
Great location, friendly staff, facilities, coffee vending machine on site, vending machine where you can buy slippers, toothbrush and so on. Corner for kids was lovely.
The owners were so extremely helpful and full of information, we learnt so much while here. The restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Our accommodation had everything we needed and more, comfortable and warm which is very important in the winter. If I was to come back to the area, I would most definitely be staying here again.
We spent two nights at the Annehof and were delighted with our experience. The owner and the century-old mansion-like inn were truly extraordinary. The ambiance of the building is incredibly serene, ensuring a good night's sleep on comfortable beds, and the breakfast was outstanding in its variety. It included freshly cooked porridge, eggs right from the house's chickens, homemade yogurt, freshly prepared juice, bread, and a wide assortment of toppings. All of these delicacies were served in the charming dining hall of this tranquil, historic, and enchanting building.
Very beautiful place, spacious, good sauna. Forest and the sea just next to it.
100 year old house. very lovely and beautiful! the hosts Maarika and Margus are very kind and so so lovely. Breakfast was incredible. best we ever had!!
