Never seen a person in that control and at the same time be so friendly. Both me and my partner wanted to go back just for the amazing breakfast

Situated in Castlecomer, 18 km from Kilkenny Railway Station, Avalon House Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was large with air conditioning, comfortable beds and pillows. Food was varied and very good indeed. Large parking area near to reception. Just a short walk from town centre.
