Amazing garden to enjoy the breakfast. Very helpful staff. The sir that was helping the guests with breakfast very kind, professional! This boutique, family-run hotel is situated in the beautiful ancient center of Castiglione del Lago, a charming, picturesque village on Trasimeno Lake, in a lush, green part of Umbria. The hosts were fantastic! Parking was free... and easy, once you knew how (& Roberto was so helpful in this regard). Nothing was a problem.... even a fan was arranged for an unusually hot day/night. Breakfast was soooo good. The room & beds were larger than normal & the bathroom brilliantly renovated. The location is perfect. Great value for money & VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The breakfast was simple, yet very delicious, including home-made cakes - yummy! It's 10-15 mins walk from the marina, have a pool, free parking, and there's a supermarket nearby.
