Just 100 metres from the harbour and featuring a large garden, Residenza Mordini is set near the sea on Maddalena Island. It offers elegant rooms set on the upper floor of a 1930s building. Perfectly located just 5 mins from the port and main old centre. Beautiful old style building and decor, the staff were so friendly and everything was just super easy. Lovable old black lab on site too!

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. Everything was lovely and we look forward to go back. An elegant hotel right in the heart of La Maddalena, close to the activities in the city centre and to all the nice terraces and restaurants. Thanks for making our stay a very pleasant experience! 🙂

Location, Staff, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, mmm yummy, best in La Maddalena. They deserve better reviews. 9.3 or better.

Set on the island of Maddalena, Hotel Villa Del Parco is off Sardinia’s North Coast and just 400 metres from Punta Tegge beach. It offers country-style rooms and suites. The manager Doriana is great. The hotel is a one stop shop for anything you need while visiting the Maddelana Islands. Boat rentals, scooters, e-bikes, and tours can all be booked through the hotel at market prices. It makes things convenient and stress free. The breakfast is very tasteful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Location is nice, just a few mins drive from the main town center and port area. Close to its own Marina and a large supermarket.

Set on a secluded beach on the island of Maddalena, Hotel Nido D'aquila features views of Sardinia across the bay. It offers air-conditioned rooms and studios. All the staff were amazing! Super friendly and informative. Great location with an amazing view of the ocean and lovely gardens for enjoying an afternoon of reading. The hotel is just short distance from the very busy town centre and the rooms were charming and spacious.

Set in the Maddalena National Park, just 300 metres from the sea, Le Nereidi features 2 tennis courts, an indoor pool with hydromassage jets, and a sun terrace. The staff was super nice both at reception and during breakfast. Thank you!

Close to harbor. Easy walk. Parking free. Sweet staff. Good breakfast. You can rent an umbrella for the beach. Great value.

Located right on the south coast of La Maddalena Island, Hotel Miralonga is 2 km from the centre of La Maddalena. It features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Super stay at Miralonga Best breakfast of our 3 week journey around Sardinia! The staff was very helpful with recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Comfortable room with a nice table on the terrace overlooking the harbor.

Il Gabbiano was the first hotel on the island of La Maddalena, built in 1955. It offers beautiful views of the crystal clear sea and the islands of Caprera, Santo Stefano and Spargi. This property was really good for families and couples. We loved our stay. We really enjoyed the views, breakfast and the service. Thank you Elena for helping us check in and with tips. Hotel Villa Marina, is set in a renewed, ancient villa located in the heart of La Maddalena residential area, at short distance from Admiralty Square and the shopping centre. WiFi is free throughout. We have stayed at this hotel during every visit to La Maddalena since we were children (we are now in our 30s/40s)...since before there was online booking. This is our preferred hotel at the island and will only stay here. We always enjoy the breakfast and the location is perfect. Grazie Rita to you and your staff for your warm hospitality, as always!
