Certain rooms have a seating area for your convenience. the resort is directly on the beach a 15 min walk from the pier, there are no cars on the island the resort is super clean and really nice the room was big and very convenient for our family of 4 we even stayed an extra night!! the food at the restaurant was always delicious with daily specials the drinks were nice and the staff was just amazing they made us feel just like part of a big family and we loved it so did your boys we would definately come back!!!

Located in Little Corn Island, Sunshine Hotel Little Corn Island offers beachfront accommodation 1 km from Otto Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Location was perfect, close to the port (1-2 minutes away and most of the islands restaurants. The local family who own and run the hotel were very kind and friendly, had some nice conversations. Quiet location (island is generally quiet, minus a few louder restaurants far enough away). Our room was immaculate clean as they have higher standards here than most hotels we’ve stayed at in Nicaragua. The air conditioning in our room was nice to have. Hammocks in the shade were great. Yard is very well maintained and manicured. We felt safe staying here. They also stored our bags for us after check out while we killed time before our Panga ride back to Corn Island. Nice hotel, kind people there. We’d stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great value all around! Loved having a private room and washroom for a just a bit more than dorm pricing. Wonderful owners and staff. Felt super comfortable and safe staying there as solo female traveller. Great convenient location and just a step over to the beach with wonderful sunsets!

Situated in Big Corn Island in the South Caribbean Region Region, 4 km from Corn Island, La Princesa de La Isla boasts a terrace and views of the sea. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Water front relaxation areas, sunset views, cool hermit crabs crossing and is close to swimming beaches. Has a rustic villa style feel and the rooms were kept cool with the coral walls and ocean breeze. We had dinner in the restaurant which we had to make reservations earlier in the day to be sure they could prepare the dish of our choice. The freshly made Italian fettuccini pasta was a exquisite treat! The fish and chicken made with unique sauces ingredients. Gourmet, like anything I’ve ever tried. My husbands lobster was huge and he ate it all up quickly. The place felt like home we will book here again when we return to Big Corn.

Paraiso Beach Hotel is 60 metres from Playa Coco Beach. It has its own beach with beach chairs and features complimentary breakfast. Staff were lovely. Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Cycle hire was a bonus.

You live in the middle of nature, between the forest and the sea, in community with different people and animals. Yes, sometimes the electricity goes out. Yes, sometimes there isn't water for a moment, but that's how the Robinson Crusoe experience is authentic. There is so much to discover on the large grounds and on the paths through the forest or along the beach. Anna, Derek and family are very warm people with whom we quickly felt comfortable and at home. The breakfast is great and dinner with everyone who wants to join is a nice and culinary way to get together. The on-site dive center is also great with breathtaking dive spots right outside the door, experienced guides and good equipment. We are happy to have experienced such a relaxed stay on the island through Derek's Place. That's why we stayed twice as long as originally planned.
