Piece Lio Resort from Japan in El Nido features 5-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. I would say that this is definitely the best hotel in the Philippines. And this hotel is the most satisfying one in my 14 day journey in El Nido. The location of the hotel is great. 2mins drive from the airport to hotel and 1min walk from hotel to Lio beach, which is where I like to go for sunset run. They have hotel transportation to town as well. The hotel room was soooo AMAZING, high ceiling with remote curtains is my favorite thing that really blew my mind in a third-world country especially in an island like El Nido. The room is equipped with a small kitchen with cooking facilities for perfect for my midnight snacks. A kettle, refrigerator, and capsule coffee machine. There are wine glass, artsy plates and coffee cups. The bathroom has separate toilet and shower, by the way it’s also remote controlled TOILET with heated seats. I like all the details they provide in the room and hotel services. I like being close with nature, the hotel is located in the forest, surrounded with big old trees and palm trees..I was lucky to see a Palawan hornbill just passing by right in front of my big french window. Sometimes, I see monkeys and squirrels jumping around playing, and maybe some people wouldn’t like that. But to me, it brings different cozy feelings. The room is really QUIET and it makes me feel so safe. I’m such a light sleeper. But I was able to adjust my jet lag and have quality sleep on all the nights. I’m so appreciative to all the staff in the hotel, they are so welcoming, their suggestions of the travel tips are so great and they made me really felt like home. Thank you Piece Lio. You make my journey the best and gave unforgettable experience in El Nido. Xoxo

It was just super perfect everything! Totally new! The view from there is amazing with the sunset, the staff&owner is soo friendly, we loved them. We would anytime come back and highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is AMAZING. the jurney from the moment we landed to the airport all the way to our room in this private island was superb. you have coral reefs, manaties, fish, turtles and all sorts of marine life just a couple of meters away from the beach. We took diving lessons there and it was amazing but you can also snorkel for free and it is totally worth it. one of the best experiences ever

The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking. The resort is beautifully secluded, and yet just a 30 minute boat ride away from Palawan mainland. The best hotel in our entire stay in the Philippines! Surprisingly there are only 3 stars, should be more. Very beautiful, modern design. The staff is helpful, very friendly, everyone knows their business. Clean, can see is being personally monitored. Delicious food and a quick solution to any of your problems or situations. Sunsets are simply mesmerizing, delicious cocktails. Despite the fact that the hotel is located close to the road, there is no noise, and the "neighbours" are not visible. You can only hear roosters, but they are everywhere, so they do not disturb you. There is a refrigerator with drinks in the room.
