The host Nefise was like a mother during my trip. She was very nice, generous and welcoming. I felt at home. The view is absolutely incredible, the house is located at the top of the island. The room is very clean and confortable (beds are good quality). I recommand to stay in Heybeliada for at least one night it is a great experience. Nizam Butik Otel Büyükada features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Buyukada. Built in 2015, the property is within 1.6 km of Blue Beach Buyukada and 1.8 km of St. George Monastery. Staff was very welcoming, humble and sweet. The host welcomed us with traditional Turkish coffee and gave us a departing gift as well. Location was good, had access to a local beach area. Room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Complimentary breakfast was really good, served in traditional Turkish style and was fulfilling.

If you are looking for a down to earth stay, this is the perfect place. Fantastic breakfast and a great porch to sit on! It’s not fancy so don’t expect that.... but if that is what you want stay in a hotel not a B&B

The Roof Ada has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Adalar. Location and design of this hotel is stunning. If you want a standalone seaside hotel with minimum people - it's just that. Design is really good (especially luxe rooms with bath near panoramic window), repairs of rooms just finished. Own beach and pier with clean sea:) Check-in was fast and simple, Turkish breakfast is tasty and prepared just for you. Pool also with wonderful view - but bathed in sea and enjoyed it. Owner, manger and staff was very welcoming and nice - please keep up with this hotel, I definitely want to return later someday only to see it even better! As an idea - please provide sea transfer from/ to pier with reasonable price - I would pay just to have such a seatrip with nice views:)
