Harun, the owner, organized several local tours for us that were interesting, well-priced, and informative, even when we asked at the last minute. It is a family business with a warm and helpful atmosphere. The communal area, with free tea, is perfect to meet friends. Bathroom and room were very clean.

Only a few steps from Van Lake, this hotel offers beautiful lake views and luxurious interiors. It has chic rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi, and a spa centre. Good hotel with excellent facilities. Best part was the staff, especially Mr. Zafar from the Reception. We had a flat tire and he helped us to arrange tow truck and repair the tire. Extremely grateful to Mr. Zafar and the team of Double Tree. Very supportive people.
