Country Inn of Hazlet is a 5-star property located in Hazlet. The property is around 3.5 km from PNC Bank Arts Center and 6 km from Keansburg Amusement Park. The Inn was spotless and well maintained inside and out. It was also packed with quirky items/antiques which were interesting. It was very quiet, although perfectly placed (close to main roads particularly the Garden State Parkway) for exploring the state, especially the Shore. The rear entrance/exit to the car park also made life a lot easier. I had no problems during the stay, so little interaction with the staff, but what I did have was efficient and friendly.

Location was better than expected. Close enough to walk to town, but the restaurants near-by are worth checking out. Everything is walkable if you are a walker.

Facing the beachfront, Asbury Ocean Club Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Asbury Park and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The hotel is stunning, as was our room. It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Very friendly front desk staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice view from balcony. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented.

Adventurer Oceanfront Inn features beachfront accommodation, 13 km from Cape May. There is an on-site restaurant, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. Two rooms, 3 beds, electric stove with all dishes, warm pool plus ocean view balcony for 60$ (maybe because of low season, but still...) - it's probably the best option in whole US.

Avondale by the Sea had to be the nicest and CLEANEST place we’ve stay at in Cape May!!! The staff were absolutely fabulous!!! The Continental Breakfast was phenomenal !! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

We enjoyed the clean pool. Our room was nice and quiet. We had lovely cleaning girls who were excellent and friendly. I was very impressed that I left my iPods behind and they sent them to me.

The Hewitt Wellington is a breath of fresh air for the Jersey shore. The surrounding town is exquisite and the experience provided amenities we could not find in the traditional shore vacation. We were searching for a close vacation point with a private beach, good restaurants and minimal crowds. Nightlife can be found in only minutes both north and south of the hotel making this an ideal vacation spot for a family. My family plans on coming again next year.

We were apprehensive booking a hotel in the Jersey shore area because so many places are run down. And reviews are often mixed. The Colts Neck Inn however, exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and up to date; there was even a fresh rose on the night table! Staff was friendly. And we liked the little extras (free bicycles, board games, breakfast).

The on-site restaurant, Royal Grill, had a wonderful and delicious menu. I would like to see more places to stay like this at the Jersey Shore!
