The reception and the entire staff were very helpful and polite.. they tried their best to fulfil our needs and everything were exceptional.. I would like to thank Mr Baha'a and Mahmoud at the reception, Omar and Mostafa from the restaurant and Mahmoud from room service

Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Resort is located on seafront among palm trees. It features free WiFi in all areas, a sandy beach, 7 swimming pools, 7 à-la-carte restaurants and 9 bars.

All hotel staff was very friendly, attentive, fast, and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. The hotel has its own atmosphere which you get used to after 1-2 days, and start feeling yourself at home, really. The territory is very comfortable in terms of access to all facilities. Shuttles travelling to all points full-time, within every 30 seconds sometimes. Special thanks to Brazilian and Italian restaurants. We had unforgettable time there, and visited both restaurants twice. Highly recommend!

Reposen de forma generosa el minibar de l’habitació, que està inclòs. Els jardins estan perfectes, ben cuidats i amb unes palmeres i plantes espectaculars. Un 10 pels jardiners.
