Was celebrating my daughter's 4th bday at the resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!

Rooms were so so spacious and super clean. Food was mouth watering and delicious. This was amongst my top trips thus far. Definately pay this place a visit!

The pool was amazing. Our toddler had a lot of fun at the playgrounds (indoor and outdoor). The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants as well. Friendly staff. wholeheartedly recommend!
