The breakfast setup was a little strange with eggs station all the way to one narrow end while everything else was more towards the entrance of the restaurant. The cooling for the tables near the eggs station was also not as cool as the entrance of the restaurant (note it was from seating so you can choose to sit where you please).

This chic hotel along with their uniquely simple rooms were a delight. We really enjoyed our stay from the warm welcome by the staff, the birthday celebration and the easy check in and check out. Our connecting rooms were convenient for us as a family - our room with a king bed and our kids room with a twin bed . The comfortable bed centered in the room as the main focal point facing a wall with a side window and TV and fridge. Behind the bed situated a desk and chair (part of the bed frame) to be used both as a replacement for side tables as well as to work or do make up. There are controls for the room on both right and left of the bed. The color of the room was split black and white wall and ceiling paint.. The white being the main room with a black canopy bed while the black being the entrance and cabinets as well as bathroom door (this way the focus remains in the room. While on the bed you realize the ceiling has a crossword imprint. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location of the hotel is great with walk along the Canal and through the Seef market. The hotel offers bikes to go explore the area. One can take the Abra and cross over to the spice market and gold souk.

This place is "home away from home". The STAFF are wonderful and make this place home. I really appreciated the kindness and consideration shown by the following: ALICE & Shruthi (Reception), HASSAN, ALI, BEN, ABBAS and I'm sure I'm forgetting the name of a very nice other man in CONCIERGE, BREAKFAST Buffet was lovely (RYAN, RONNY, MARIE, the Chef KEISHA, so many other lovely people who made breakfast a special and happy daily routine). Overall, very nice experience.

Great location since it is along the beach in Al Seef. Many restaurants options within the area. The best part is when you walk around Al Seef and enjoy the crowd, shops or just sit on the bench. It was relaxing. Clean bedding, bed is comfy. Love the breakfast!

timing of Bar closed so early on weekend and less staff to serve and the Chapter bar in evening had too much lights on should me more dim light to enjoy at bar

The only things we missed was a writingdesk and a thing to put your suitcase on. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Dubai in the future.

Perfect location next to Dubai old city and the creek. Lovely infinity pool with pool bar, spacious room with room for an extra bed. Water, tea and coffee free of charge in the room. Comfy beds, pillows and duvets. Silent air condition. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location on the Creek was excellent, literally 2 minutes from the waters edge,a lovely walk down the board walk to the Deira souks. A quirky hotel with unusal artwork and paintings. Breakfast very good the Sri Lankan guy on the omlette station was great and the staff were very polite & helpful. The lighting in the rooms was on key pads on the headboard a bit unusal but worked fine. Hot water no problem and shower was lovely. .The manager apologies forgot his name was very helpful.

The hotel menu was a bit limited for me, I would have liked to see at least a steak on the menu with a side.

Property is walking distance from Restraunts along the Dubai Creek, a kilometre from BurJuman mall and the metro station.

The only, very minor, downside for us was we found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room, which was a little cool in the evenings. Otherwise we found this to be an excellent hotel. We certainly recommend it and it will be our first choice on future trips to Dubai.

The hotel is an excellent location. In a slightly quieter part of Dubai, very close to the old part, the creek and yet very accessible for downtown and other areas. It was only 15 minutes from the airport, but far enough away not to be impacted by it. The pool and surrounds was fantastic, with great views across the city. The staff, without exception, were warm, friendly, helpful and proactive. We really liked the styling of the hotel, which was modern, arty and definitely not corporate. We also liked the styling of our room (a suite) which was contemporary and sleek, though people seeking soft, luxury might not find it to their taste. The breakfast buffet was extensive and we really enjoyed the food.

I wasn‘t too comfortable in bed, it was a little hard for me and the mattress topper made it hotter. However this i# the case for me in many places - my husband slept very well!

Loved the location on the creek, fantastic view from the pool / bar and lovely to sit near the creek for breakfast. Very easy to go for a walk towards the historic part of Dubai. The pool is great, very comfortable sunbeds and excellent friendly service. Great breakfast, all you could want - amazing omelette station! Bedroom well designed for luggage and storage, good electrical points and has a Nespresso machine and kettle, stays well stocked for tea and coffee.
