The suite is in need of an update. Bathroom tiles, carpets in need of replacement.

The staff were very accommodating. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool and pool bar. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were a highlight of the day.

I had a difficult day. I lost my bag with my passport and personal items inside it. I had to check out of the hotel, but thanks to these two people who helped me extend my checkout time and call the competent authority to retrieve my bag. They did a lot to help me. Thank you. Miss Sherry and Mr. Omar, I will never forget what you did for me.

Metro station was closed cause of working in progress and this was awful because we lost so much time stuck in the traffic and walking with no service at all but taxi. It should be written in the site that, for the moment, metro station is not working.

Hotel was clean in every part, reception and restaurant staffs were kind and available to all requests we needed. Room are really silent and the pool is ok even if there's no sun but only on the afternoon.

The location of the hotel is very good since it's facing Shaikh Zayed Road, commuting from and to the hotel is pretty easy and Mall of Emirates is just 20 mins walking distance away from the Mall. Metro train station isn't very far.

I booked at this hotel last minute on the day of my travel, and the staff accommodated my request for additional payment for an extension of a half-day stay. The location is perfect, opposite Mashreq train station. Though the hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but looks like they recently did interior renovations. Rooms very big sized, tidy and bathrooms clean.

Layout of the hotel is a bit odd... I came up the lifts to the back entrance. To get to the front entrance I had to go up to mezzanine and across, then down. Signage in the carpark might have avoided this confusion. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Too big and too hard. Also it seemed the AC thermostat wasn't working properly. It was set to 24 but the room ac kept working and the temperature was below 29. Possibly maintenance need to check. Checkin was very busy and hectic. So this took quite a while.

Location is good. Parking is good. The amenity kit is very good. I had forgotten toothpaste amd the kit provided what I needed. They are trying really hard to be eco-conscious and limit environmental impact. 10 out of 10 for that. For example, the water is in a re-usable glass bottle. Well done.

House keeping not upto the mark. I had broken pieces of chips on the floor at time of checkin. Electric kettle would have been better than the coffee machine. Breakfast was not upto the mark - I travel once in 3 months to Dubai and live at different locations and their breakfast was far superior. Juices like orange was made of probably tang and that too diluted - apple juice heavily diluted with water.

The location was good,however the nearest metro station was not functioning due to rain damage. The checking was very smooth, front office very efficient. Internet was fast.

Rooms needs quick referbushiment, and needs more staff for breakfast. Big issues with elevators. Overall overpriced for a a bad maintained hotel...Looks like 30 years old hotel which never saw a "refurbishment". I belive it's making a bad imige to ACCOR Hotels chain....and does not having nothing from the prestige of Novotel chain of hotels...

Overall nothing like us.... very poor quality of room and the elevetaros journey it was a nightmare . Some people from check in and breakfast was hard to try to be polite and helpful.
