Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the club sandwich is amazing, you should try it, one of the best I have tried so far. Also, they have a mini market in the ground floor which is a super extra like for the hotel guests.

Saudi ArabiaInternet quality was so poor, Tv Channel always freezing, Housekeeping so slow to act in services, and they are working with no procedures 20 DHM you have to pay to get ICE (can't believe it), The big story in Car Vally you have to wait 30 mints to get your car (Rish time), you cannot attend onetime in any reservation you made (Keep in mind they Hold the booking 10 mints in Restaurant (3 out of 10) I noted this every time I stay at this hotel, The Hote Lobby l after midnight not recommended for family's.
Room Quit, Comfort, Room space, Bed (good but so used) I was staying in (Stag room), Hotel Lobby busy always good place to see people.

United KingdomVery very busy and loud hotel, as it has a lot restaurants/bars inside the hotel, so is not ideal for a family holiday as we found it to be too loud and busy. The lift system is very poor, as it has 69 floors, the lifts takes ages to come and stop at every other floor so it takes a very long time to get to where you need to. Poor valet system in place, we were waiting around 20-30 mins on average to receive our car. Rooms could also be much cleaner, our side tables and vanity table had a lot of dust on it.
Overall a nice hotel, great amenities in the room and cool features such as electric blinds/curtains, mirrored TV and electric toilet Seats! Amazing service by Bezo working at the front of the hotel!

OmanRequests of luggage pickup from the room while check out takes time. Assistance of front desk usually is approached to accelerate it.
Its 6th time to have the hotel as our choice for stay in Dubai. The swift entrance and leaving to hotel, the size and fragrance of the lobby of the hotel, staff attending to all services calls, the barber & grocery shop is so helpful for all time required services, yet to try the restaurants and shows on the hotel in the coming visits.

AustriaI would not put everyone in the same basket, but some of the reception employees are not doing the right job. Some of them were quite unfriendly. It was not the fault of Booking.com, but I asked for a room upgrade through the hotel directly in an email, which they confirmed, but when I arrived at the hotel, it did not take place. Service at the bar at the pool was very slow.
Room was incredible, even though I did not get my upgrade. Lot of space, huge window, modern, with a very comfortable bed. Some good facilities, with quite a few various restaurants. Not too far from the Burj and the airport.
