we had a marvelous stay at Andre Bergère in the weekend May 1st. The highlight was the Wine Tour at the afternoon. We went by car to the winery and afterwords the tasting was fantastic. Our guide was the best we had in Champagne. Thanks a lot👏👏🤩🤩

Central Location, superb facilities for a B&B/Hotel. Great breakfast included with everything you need. Traveled with my family (2 children) and stayed in their 2 bedroom apartment. The location was great with walking distance to everything. As most French restaurants open at 1900 while our children gets hungry at 1700 it was great to have our own kitchen.

The location was fantastic right on Ave du Champagne, and our apartment was on the ground floor at the back of the pretty courtyard, so it was quiet and very spacious with a living room, bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and full kitchen with large dining table.

We would like that the breakfast offered some warm food and better service as there was nobody cleaning the tables after the guests left.

We loved the hotel and the staff were outstanding, we also took the CHampagne tour with them, and we loved it.

There is no rack/holder in shower hood for shampoo bottle.

Location is right on Champagne Ave. Traditional house and renew nicely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room are clean and comfortable.

Boutique establishment in an excellent location, beautiful room, great continental breakfast and exceptionally friendly helpful service. They also offer a tour of the family vineyard and cellar followed by tasting in Epernay which we highly recommend.

You can hear the guests upstairs walking around their space at all hours of the day unfortunately.

The breakfast was wonderful. They had a great variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for Champagne tasting and it was a short walk to town. We enjoyed the restaurants, the shopping, and the sightseeing.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like in this stay.

We were greeted with an outstandingly large room - upon entering, a large dinner table in a fully equipped kitchen - and by fully equipped I mean a real size sink, fridge, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, etc. Next to it, a very large living room, in the middle of which the sofa bed was already put up for my son. All beautifully decorated. Then, after crossing a little corridor with windows overlooking a beautiful private garden, there was our bedroom and the bathroom. All very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was outstanding - fresh oranges to squeeze into juice, eggs made to order, nice selection of bread, cheese and charcuterie, plus an assortment of fruits. And even the one day we woke up late they made a point of "saving" some croissants and pain au chocolat for us, which we enjoyed with fresh coffee. The staff was also great - always smiling, always cheerful and always ready to help, recommending places to go and all. And they would even offer us a glass of champagne every now and then to make our days even happier (as the old saying goes, no one drinks champagne while sad, except maybe the French!) We look forward to staying at this place again.

Our room was noisy as it was close to the road, the air fresheners were too strong so rather overpowering. Don’t like Marseille soap.

The hotel is wonderful. Location cannot be better - in Avenue de Champagne. Breakfast is good, rich and wide choices. We stayed in the apartment, kitchen is equipped with all necessary - it was pity we did not use it. Definitely would stay again. The boutique has good champagne options.

showers only....and small bathrooms.

We took 2 apartments and they were very comfortable, central to the town and the parking was secure. The people were hospitable and kind. They keep very strict time and we nearly missed check in as we arrived at 6.00pm as they were leaving!! 2 minutes later and we would not have had keys!! don't book in late!!! Once you are checked in the access through the security gates is simply and you can come and go as you please.

The only downside, which wasn’t the end of the world was there was a funny drain type smell coming from the shower in the en-suite. We did report this on check out so hopefully it will be rectified

Fabulous central location. We will be back to do some more exploring as this was just a quick pit stop on our way back home.
