Don’t really have any criticisms found the whole experience so enjoyable!

The whole experience was lovely from the location to the very friendly but not over friendly staff. Everyone was most welcoming. The rooms were delightful without any modern technology like televisions to disturb your day. Breakfasts were substantial and delicious, adequate choice. A charming easy going place to rest after an energetic day in Paris. Would highly recommend.

Staff member wasn't really ready for his task. Forgot to tell about parking fee, charged the wrong amount for toerists under 18 and charged the breakfast to the wrong room. His colleague fixed this for us so it wasnt a big deal.

Beautiful place, very good location for exploring the city, nearby metro station, Notre Dame is a 10 minute walk. Around the corner there is a lively square with loads of restaurants and bars.

We had two rooms & no mirror in either, tho' there would have been room for one! Breakfast on the first morning took 40 mins to arrive but it was very busy & there seemed to be only one guy on duty

Excellent location --like a country house tucked away in the middle of town! Most rooms have a view of a lovely flower-filled garden. Super-clean & beds v comfortable. Dealt with a different person in reception every time but all were friendly, one going the extra mile by coming over to change a light bulb in my bedroom at 10 pm!

Very little. Only that my stay was too short but that was my fault.

The location was wonderful - within walking distance ( through green space ) of gare du lyon. You enter the hotel via a quiet courtyard so peaceful yet in the city centre. It is located in a lively area with great historical connections to scotland and ireland.

It was all good.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was just a short walk from everything we wanted to do. Good choice of cafes right around the corner. The hotel was situated inside a beautiful courtyard. It was very quiet. No street noise. We would definitely stay here again.

We would like to have TV in the room to keep up with the news but also to listen to the French language.

We loved the old style building and being on the ground floor. It was close to lots of things, the breakfast was very good and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

The main reason not to get full points w/ everything is that we only had one socket in our room that properly worked for chargers and hair dryer. If they upgraded plugs that would be great.
