Only criticism was post code given by booking .com took us off motorway through Coventry to a village which turns out there was back entrance which we didn’t know so we rerouted to get ourselves back onto motorway which resulted in 30min detour

Good size room, ample parking and friendly staff. Able to accommodate late arrivals and a handy stop off point if making a longer journey across the country. As far as hotels at motorway services go, it was really good.

We were in a room that had the ability to be an adjoining room. Unfortunately due to this door we could hear everything from the room next to us, including a phone alarm going off for 10+ minutes at 2.30am in the morning, being there for an early morning event, this threw off our sleep a lot. Possibly needs some more soundproofing between these types of rooms when they aren’t being used as adjoining.

See above and also the cleaning lady snapped at me for being a little bit late on the morning of check out. If there was no DDT on the bed and she didn't harass me out of the room I definitely would've left some change

It was a great bank holiday weekend stay and Ijked to be able to walk around in Coventry and the little villages nearby. The rooms were a decent size, I didn't appreciate the divider door in my room, though, or the DDT on the bedsheets which is a cause of pancreatic cancer and also diabetes. I would stay here again. It was a shame about the breakfast being over the footbridge as it is difficult for someone like me to walk over the footbridge without getting an increase heart rate because of that pressure and no open windows over the footbridge.but anyways it was decent

Issue with parking. We received a parking ticket even though booked in at hotel. Apparently have to register a car on arrival even though the reception staff booked us in. This has to he done on a machine. We have contacted hotel and are dealing with it. A little disappointed as feel more notice needs to seen regarding this parking rule.

No food options at hotel itself, services a short walk away, just typically in the rain and had to cross over the bridge over the motorway to find somewhere open for breakfast.

Great location & perfectly situated for the NEC. Excellent availability of electric car chargers. Staff were really friendly.

The new "emergency" green lighting in the rooms. I like darkness when I sleep however this new light results in the room being almost daylight. Disappointing as it caused a disturbed nights sleep. Not quite sure why it needs to be that bright!

I've stayed here multiple times.. Always spotlessly clean and the bed is super comfy and surprisingly quiet despite it being on the motorway and service station.

It was a little noisy but that is to be expected with the amount of traffic at a service station. I did think there should be a card in the room explaining that the rooms were not cleaned unless requested.

Good room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the actual service area so food was easy to get too. There is also plenty of parking.

There wasn't a housekeeping service throughout our stay. There are no USB charging ports. Lighting was very poor in the room.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The location was OK, and we did find a shortcut to the arena. There was ample parking.
