Duvet thin. Needs to be replaced. No pillow protectors!! In terms of painting of my room... a bit to be desired! My cups were not replaced daily. Bed not made. There are no glasses in the bathroom. Instead, I had paper cups that were not replaced daily. Fire doors and carpets need to be replaced. Doesn't give a very good impression of the accommodation when opening the fire door on floor 2. I think signs should be put up asking guests to be quiet, especially when shutting their doors.

Modern room. Contempory. Great shower. Comfy bed. Lovely towels, replaced daily It's good to have a safe in the room.

The facilities in the, room have a personal pressing board and iron. It also has separate bathroom from the toilet. Spacious and comfortable

The two gentlemen at the desk were really patient and lovely and should be recognised for their customer service skills. They were helpful and explained everything well. The lady at check in was equally as lovely.

It's a good hotel but I have now stayed here twice and I find the walls must be thin between the rooms as you can hear everything going on in the room next door and outside in the corridor so for light sleeper not a good idea

The staff are great and the location is not bad also the breakfast isn't bad either

Location is out of the centre but we knew this in advance and went with it as we wanted family room. Taxi into Coventry worked well.

An old building which has been slightly modernised with new furniture. Thin windows made the room cold and the heating system cut off after a short time. Wasn't aware of the parking fee at time of booking.

Very much not the staff doing it, but the other patrons were very much not aware of how much noise they were making when coming back to the hotel late. Lots of banging of doors, loud, excitable chatting. I suspect our original rooms would have been away from that, but I'm still happier that I didn't have to walk much.

Absolutely lovely lady on reception. Took note of how exhausted we were after our journey, and let us take our time, whilst also facilitating cold water which was very much needed, thank you. She also changed our room to be accommodating to mobility problems. Very appreciative of the chiller in our room as we had a tot with us who still drinks milk as a meal

The TV was very complicated - the sound was very loud coming out of a speaker when I turned it on and it took me some while to direct to the screen so I could lower the volume. Hence I was very reluctant to turn it on for morning news before breakfast! The toilet and bathroom being separate - it is inconvenient for hand washing afterwards and makes me wonder how many people don't bother handwashing before leaving their room. A major hygiene thing for me especially after Covid!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were able to use one of the rooms slightly early to leave bags in while we set up at the nearby exhibition! Breakfast was good!

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. The staff was very friendly both at the front desk and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with a large selection of items. We like this hotel chain and enjoyed our stay..
