Property was ideal for two people working nights. Heating worked and had to turn down as too hot when we came back in from nights.

Found a stash of magazines by the corner. Not sure whether it is the owners or previous tenants. It made the living room looked shabby.

Only one bathroom for 6 people. Extra bedsheet and blankets not provided for sofa cum bed. Very steep and small staircase causing it difficult to carry suitcases to the bedrooms. Communication was not good. Had to contact them several times for the security deposit payment method. They changed is 20 pounds extra as security deposit waiver fees

Checkin was smooth. Facilities were very good. Very close to bus stop. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were very good.

The shower wasn’t the best Couldn’t move it up and down headboard needs attaching to the wall ,it banged on the wall every time you moved

The surrounding neighbourhood was very noisy. Arguments, swearing and they played music till 3am every night. We had our children there who struggled to sleep especially when we couldnt close the windows due to the hot weather. one night they had to sleep at the front of the apartment in our room on the floor as it was that loud. We did contact the owners who were apologetic but having three nights lack of sleep did it and we left at 7am on the last day as we all just wanted to get home and had a 5 hour drive ahead. There were also stacks and I means stacks of rubbish bags across the road which hummed and not very nice to be greeted with.

Bed was too soft, there's room for improvement with it and some towels were quite small, we didn't get 4 decent bath towels

V clean, modern, adequate kitchen equipment, area felt safe for parking etc v handy shop around the corner

I think it only has something to do with the weather during our whole stay there. The facilities are well provided. We just think that on warm weather like the one that we had during our stay, we could use an electric fan to keep cool.

We like the location and how everything is within reach. Facilities are excellent. Parking is superb!

Door lock on the front door was faulty but as we were leaving a maintenance man came to fix it. Apartment had a car park but was quite tight to get in and out of.

Great apartment for a group of people, we stayed as we were going to Thorpe Park for the weekend. Good location, great price and just what we needed, much better than a hotel room.

Could do with a bit of a freshen up.

The baby gate at the top of the stairs really came in handy with the apartment being over 2 floors. Any messages to the owners were quickly responded to and always dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Hand soap/washing up liquid/toilet roll were all available which were useful when first arriving. Brilliantly written instructions to access the property, very much appreciated after a long journey! Parking private and secure.

Beds were not that comfy. There was an overpowering smell we did not care for.

The blinds on the bedrooms aren’t great. The one in the second bedroom where the kids slept wasn’t long enough to cover the window. The one in the main bedroom had broken slats. Both of them did not block any light out.

The apartment was very clean. Close to legoland and whipsnade zoo. Convenient store and a fantastic Indian takeaway just around the corner.
