The lights in the room were a little difficult. Hard to keep them on in the places you needed them.

The only disappointment was the tiny bathroom. London hotel rooms are smaller than other places but we have stayed in less expensive hotels that had larger bathrooms. If you stood at the sink (only room for 1 person by the way) the shower was to your immediate right and the toilet to your immediate left. The shower had a great rain shower effect but was so tiny---hard to dry yourself off in the shower or the bathroom for that matter. The room was more spacious than others but wished the bathroom was a bit larger.

Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby and great shopping within walking distance. Close to several theatres also. Also close to the Elizabeth Line (for access to Heathrow) and Piccadilly station.

Very well located. Nice modern facilities. Comfortable bed. Brand new bathroom. Tea, coffee, Water and fruits availalble free. Check in and out fast and nice. Proposal of help for any musicals or plays booking. Nice breakfast. Would be Top Top to have a real fresh orange juice if possible.

The room had an odd layout. Once the luggage was in you had to work around things stubbing toes. I do understand though that space is at a premium in large spaces. Also, shower was small but good.

The location was the best for shows and shopping. The room was very nice, comfortable bed and the fruit and water were a nice touch. Staff was great and breakfast was really good.

Very little closet space, in fact, none. Many items that would, usually, be put in drawers had to be hung. Also, the room is small, but comfortable.

Location of the hotel is perfect for someone who wants to go to the theatre in London. Walking distance to many of the theatres, as well as many restaurants and pubs and the excitement of London Chinatown. The energy of the area is amazing, and yet the room is quiet.

Breakfast room was very warm and pretty much full when I ate there; so I was given some space at the counter and it was a bit cramped.

Good location, very helpful staff, although my room wasn’t available when I checked in (as I was early), when I returned they had my room ready and my luggage was already in my room.

The room was excellent. Staff make it look very pretty, decorated beds with rose petals and bottle of Prosecco on ice was waiting for us together with piece of cake for my mum who was celebrating 85th birthday. It made our visit to London even more special. Doina, Aura, Sai and Karthik were very welcoming and helpful.

The name has changed from the listing and was somewhat confusing when trying to find the property. No reference to Montcalm on the external of the building.

Perfect location for soho and the west end. Clean and well presented. Breakfast was top notch and the beautiful touch of the Guest Manager Oksana sending up a bottle of complimentary Prosecco when I’d mentioned it was my girlfriend’s birthday was a wonderful surprise.

The room was small, but that’s often the case in London. The room was hot, even though the airconditioning was on coldest setting.

Location couldn’t be any better, we went all around London from there on the Tube. We had big suitcases but there is a generous sized lift which made it a breeze. The staff were very thoughtful about our wedding anniversary.

Only that the name Montcalm Townhouse still has not appeared at the entrance which is missing a trick in terms of is it 3 or 4 star accommodation when it is really 4 star!!!

Street noise on the front of the hotel. Needed earplugs to sleep. Very crowded neighborhood to walk in.
