Lightning could be better, especially in the bathroom.

I think that this is a very good hotel for a 3 star hotel. Very clean which is important to me with very nice and helpful staff (especially Harry). Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, nrear to the city rail.

Cooking ,kitchen was VERY small, eating area was quite small as well. Had to put toaster on top of recycle bin. Ironing board was in the closet and took up a lot of room.

Staff was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable, proximity to grocery stores and interesting resteraunts. Also the transit was close by.

Not much to dislike. I could use a slightly different style of pillows but I admit I have quite specific needs. A little disappointment was a queen size bed while I needed two single beds. But that is not a big deal.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with family where you need something extra than a regular hotel room. The small kitchen, nicely equipped helps a lot because you can't always eat in restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfy bed in a hotel I have ever experienced. And the staff was super helpfup. Due to a rescheduled flight, I arrived to the hotel past midnight and the check-in was still flawless. Same with check-out when we were able to keep our luggage at the hotel while walking around for couple more hours after check-out.

Everything was spot on

A great place to stay. Very convenient for the DLR. Good shops and restaurants very close by. Very nice, welcoming staff. Room was spotless and very well equipped.

Small room, even though I had booked an 'Executive Suite' - it wasn't too much of an issue for a short stay, but if we were staying longer I imagine it could have felt quite cramped

Nice short stay at this quiet and modern hotel. Comfortable bed, lots of towels provided. Coffee machine in the room was a positive and housekeeping were more than happy to provide more Nespresso pods during our stay which we appreciated

Bins being emptied at four in the morning outside. Able to hear water in the pipes from the apartment next door.

Lovely staff and a glass of prosseco on arrival was a nice surprise. Great location for the start of the London Marathon which was about a 15 minute walk away. Lovely cafe just down the road with great vegan options.

Shame it's not in central London. Bare floors could feel cold in the winter.

Lovely studio bedroom with a small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, induction hob and microwave. About a five minute walk to Greenwich railway station and ten to fifteen to get into Greenwich itself. Clean and comfortable and decent room size (for London). Great fish & chip shop right opposite.

10/10 stay the service was amazing was greeted by Marshall and Harry at reception who gave us the warmest of welcomes and made our stay that much more comfortable amazing hospitality by the both of them, the room was also immaculate and catered to all our needs, amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking for a nice relaxed place to stay in London

We had no issues, but security could have been better. Open access to lobby and elevators with no one on duty in the lobby much of the time.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Well-equipped kitchenette that enabled us to prepare dinner and breakfast for ourselves. Room was also available for early check-in.

Our stay here completely exceed our expectations. Marshall & Akram made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable upon arrival and were accommodating all throughout our stay. These two knew how to make check in feel professional, yet relaxed. They are the reason we shall return to stay again with Staycity! It will act as our go to location to stay for our London staycations! Thanks to Andrea also for a lovely check out and positive energy as our stay came to a close!

Housekeeping needs to be done more frequent, I stayed a week and they visited me only once.

The location is good, just 3 minutes walk from Greenwich Station. The room size is good, equipped with kitchen amenities. The bathroom is cool.

Disabled room has wet room shower, which is dangerously slippery when wet, so take care

strange thing to complain about but the tap/sink in the kitchen was the worst. makes an absolute mess and water gets every where, just a poor design choice
