The bathroom was not clean. The shower head was coated in black mould, and I cleaned it. Toilet bowl was not clean.

Despite some confusion on check-in and again when we were asked to move rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.

Only one small comment, its pertaining to the lack of sufficent outside Lighting on the access road to the rear car park & Annex Rooms on the "night "of our particular stay! It may well of been peculiar to that night, but as the state of the access road condition is uneven, it posed the associated hazards at night when walking back to our rooms, although It was manageable with caution! Overhaul a very enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend and and use again

Excellent stay over for my daughters wedding evening function, excullent hospitality from all the staff. The evening buffet provided was particularly good too!

Difficult to get through to on the phone

Very friendly hotel. A large group of us stayed as they hosted the evening reception for my son's wedding. The food was really lovely and lots of it. We were all made to feel very welcome.

The room was very small for two people - only space for one chair! It was also cold on our arrival and took quite some time to warm up. The so-called 'view' was over some static caravans and a car park! One other regret is that there was no fresh fruit available for breakfast.

The shower in the compact bathroom was excellent, the double bed was comfortable and the available television entertainment gave us plenty of variety. The hotel location was just where we needed to be. Breakfast, too, was good and nicely cooked to order. The staff were very personable and amenable and what dinner we had was enjoyable and cooked to order.

Nothing about the Vines. TAXI to and from the Vines to a wedding was rather expensive for the distance about 16 miles there and back

We heard a lot of noise from below till 2300. Then walls seem very thin/not sound proof. Could hear neighboors talking very well in their bathroom. Also sounds from below in the morning. Might be room dependend. Rest was good but this has cost us some sleep.

The fact that there was music playing until late and then guests speaking very loudly after the music finished. Was also concerned when guests tried to enter my room, trying to unlock the door for approx 5 minutes

Toilet area just needed a bit of attention in room ,rusty toilet roll holder ,toilet flush broken,cleaner hadn't cleaned tap or cleaned mirror .Also only food on menu was a Christmas meal

The shower was freezing cold. A small point, but we ordered cappuccinos after the waitress checked if they sold cappuccinos. And it was normal coffee.

Took us about 20 minutes to be able to order our cooked breakfast and then waited about 30 minutes for it to come. The hotel was not super busy, the member of staff did apologise for delay but think these needs addressing as seemed everyone was waiting. Issues with draft beer, limited evening menu but food hot and tasty.

Very quiet location, property has nice side patio which looked nice but too cold for us on our stay. Fresh decor and plenty of towels in rooms, tea making. Good breakfast selection.
