Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JerseyBathrooms lacked ventilation and drainage of water after shower in bath/shower room. Surface water lead to damp frosty smell. I used AC to clear the smell. This down to bathroom construction rather than a cleaning issue.
Friendly staff, large rooms and a great chill out pool area. The hotel has a small outdoor kitchen for use and a fridge. Kids used the pool twice a day. The warung KKP is really handy and reasonably priced. Can eat at the warung or the will bring to you. Breakfast was great. Try the tofu omelet with peanut sauce or hot chicken karrage. Staff in the hotel and warung couldn’t do more for us. Thank you!

I loved my room with a patio and really enjoyed the restaurant attached to the place which brings you you delicious food at your room with a smile for crazy cheap prices. Also scooter rental is available for a good office price, so going to town is no issue.

Such a great place! Everybody here was very nice and very helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is amazing. They have great food for a good price. The place is clean and for the money you can not get a better value than this. We recommend this place and we would gladly come back.

United StatesThere are some design challenges with the room but for this price I consider them completely acceptable. The door frames are a little crooked so it takes a little extra effort to lock the door, not that you really need to. The bathroom floor isn’t sloping enough towards the drain so you end up standing in a puddle while at the sink. The room ambience would benefit greatly from replacing some of the cold white lights with a warmer color temperature like the bedside lamps.
Wonderful courtyard area and staff, nice and quiet, plus they run a little restaurant with tasty food for good prices, and they also rent scooters. Everything you need is right there and it’s meticulously cared for.
