The room was spacious and comfortable. It was mostly clean. The staff were really excellent, the day we arrived my boyfriend had dislocated his shoulder and they took our bags in and helped us with transport to the hospital in Lombok. They waited up all night for us to arrive back and check us into our room, which I believe they upgraded for us. The following days they always checked in to see how he was doing and were so kind and friendly and made a lovely breakfast. The pool areas was lovely and relaxing.

The place is amazing. Angi and Suef are the kindest and warmest hosts. Suef showed us around the rice fields, waterfalls, money Forrest and showed us all the different spicies in Tetebatu. The room is clean and a nice view of the green garden. The breakfast was tasty and also the dinner we ordered from Angie was delicious! Thanks for having us and we would recommend this place without a doubt!

My hubby and I only stayed here overnight - so a short stay. However we were greeted by Wayan and the other staff at Sitala, whom were all super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place was small but super cute and cosy. Room was super nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come visit Ubud 🥰

1. the rate is ok for guest house 2. they hv pool, though little one, for a guest house 3. the ambient temperature is nice 4. the location is quiet, not in the crowded & jam location of Ubud. You could walk in the morning around the village

1. I choose ayuna than other guest houses / homes stay though others more new & modern, because of the review & information in booking.com. Nobody were disappointed, so I expected too high. The 1st night I came, I surprised seeing the room, it seems a standard rental room for students, the windows are dusty, it seems never be opened & cleaned, the bedding lamp was broken, the tray for toiletries were stained 2. The main reason I choose Ayuna was Booking.com said there is yoga class offer. Also there is spa. But there is no. For yoga class, we must go to yoga barn 3. the 2nd night I was more familiar with the condition

I like it that you can already access restaurant, laundry when you got off the hotel plus you can also see the monkey without going to the monkey forest. :D

Our bathroom lock is broken, the AC is weak. I have to buy a universal plug since the Inn only have limited plug that they can let us use.

Needs maintenance in a few places. Timber needs wood stain - shade cloth needs replacing. Entrance could look more appealing - dirt & mud looks unattractive on entry Maybe small stones between the pavers.
