Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My hubby and I only stayed here overnight - so a short stay. However we were greeted by Wayan and the other staff at Sitala, whom were all super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place was small but super cute and cosy. Room was super nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come visit Ubud 🥰

CanadaThe staff at Sitala, Wayan and his sister, were very gracious and kind throughout our stay. To begin, they stayed up late for our check in since our flight landed late. Wayan was helpful in providing some great recommendations for things to do, renting a scooter, and booking things for us. He also regularly and proactively inquired if we needed any assistance whenever he saw us.

GermanyThe property is beautiful, located further away from the noise and movement of Ubud so you can rest. Everything was just beautiful, but what I think makes it the best accommodation of my entire trip is Wayan. He is such a nice person, really helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and even when we had booked early morning plans, Wayan packed it so we wouldn't miss it. There’s also the possibility to rent the scooters directly in there, so moving around is really easy.

SingaporeAbit of mould in the toilet. Lizards can be spotted easily, also because it's inclined with nature. Not enough international channels to watch. Minor reasons only. Overall stay was still fine.
Warm welcoming of the host. Privacy of the villa. Graciousness of the host. Nearby minimart (walkable distance) sells alot of essentials. 10 - 15 mins drive to ubud centre.

United KingdomThere was no mini fridge but the air conditioner was very good so even our water didn’t get too warm.
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Sitala Suite. The staff were so friendly and helpful and arranged our daytime trips as well as giving us recommendations for places to eat and help us book taxis or bikes if you wanted. The room was clean and comfortable and daily housekeeping.

MalaysiaThe toiletries could improve. No conditioner no body wash no laundry bag no shower cap . Only toothbrush & water will be refilled . I didn’t try to request cause i believe it should be there by default.
There are only 6 rooms in this property . So pretty private and calm. The host is super helpful & nice . The location is not the best place as its not accessible to Ubud central area by walk but Grab bike is just $1.5 away… or even better if you rent your own scooter.

We had a great stay at Sitala. Wayan was very friendly and nice, he was available 24/7 and he was answering our messages in less than 1 minute. The rooms are really nice and quiet, the bathroom was amazing, I loved it. They have many options for the breakfast. We really felt like home. The location is just perfect, far from the noise and the crowd of Ubud center but close enough to reach it in 10 minutes by motorcycle. Thank you very much Wayan for making our stay so amazing. I am looking forward to come back to this place.
