I was on the 3rd floor, and could hear a lot of noise from the street through the closed window! In the bathroom, the sink drain smelled very bad (probably the siphon that empties every time the water runs).

Our room could have done with a repaint and a couple of fixes, but nothing big! It was quite expensive but that might have been because the marathon was on, which we didn't know about before.

Very friendly staff who made us feel extremely welcome. We had a twin room for two friends exploring the city, which was veyr clean and well equipped, but could have been a little warmer/more homely. Location next to the station is great, with an easy walk into the centre via the shopping mall.

Beds were not comfortable, old mattresses with metallic spirals, you could slightly feel them in your back. I had to put a blanket on the mattress to create a layer of buffer. Definitely not what you expect from an nh hotel…also the bathroom still had hair from the previous guest on the wall, that was not a great sight

Location is great, close to the train station. Staff was nice, smooth checkin and checkout. Nice views.

+ equipment in the room is kind of old. + the double bed is just two small beds being put together lol. Wouldnt recommend it if you have two people sleeping on the bed

Towels in room were not replaced- dirty from previous person and had to call down to front desk for new towels from housekeeping. A bit noisy thru the doors/floors but once I'm asleep it doesn't matter.

GREAT location- minutes from the Train. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area and the value was good. The hotel was newer and had food available (although pricey for bfast). Liked the jars of sweets and fruit around the front desk/lobby area.

The shower is very bad built, with water flowing out from the basin and we spent time by cleaning out the water and using extra towels for it. We feel also hotel staff is very junior and many of them can’t really answer questions in the right way, probably more training and upskilling is required before they work with customers.

Very good location, we arrived by Flixbus and the stop is just outside of the hotel, and with the train station opposite it is very good connected with all places. There’s a big shopping area next to the station and center of Utrecht is also very close to walk to. The rooms were big and nice, and the hotel was clean. Value for money is better for this type of place vs staying in Amsterdam, but depends on the dates you choose as well.

The room was very nice and bright and had a beautiful view of the city. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was super friendly and they even surprised us with chocolate as it was my birthday. That was so lovely, thank you!

I loved my stay at the NH Utrecht, both at the hotel close to the railways station and at the branch in the old city centre. Both are in great locations and I loved that there is a coffee machine and kettle in the rooms, and the fridge too! I will be back!

The shower is poorly despite water spilling all over the bathroom floor. You need to put a towel down as a barrier to stop most of it. The shower was excellent th.

Room was clean and spacious and there was a fantastic view on the 12th floor. Location is great, right across from the railway station.
