Positive section of review
Clean and 10 min tram trip to the centre of town. Great location! The rooms give a great idea of housing for Amsterdam, the room was small as well as the bathroom. We loved it as the size of the room is normal for Amsterdam and the steps are also normal for Amsterdam. The staff were kind enough to help bring our bags up the steep steps!

The location was very good. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was brilliant. The room was clean and comfy and very good value for its price.

There was no air-con but there was a fan. But as a result, the windows had to be kept open and the noise from outside is clearly heard. There is also no dental kit available.

Location was spot on. Tree lined street overlooking a canal. Very quite. Staff were brilliant. Place was lovely and clean and bright.

It's not a criticism but if u have any mobility issues in the slightest this hotel is not for u. Very steep steps and 5 floors of them.

Location was very convenient and had a room overlooking the canal. Best part was the view and cleanliness of the room.

Very pokey area from room to room and lift. Can hear anyone coming out of the lift and rooms. Walls not well insulated from noise. I knew from previous reviews about the club next door, but having loud music playing until 2am on a Monday and Tuesday night was unacceptable. Single beds were the smallest I’ve ever seen.

Needs another couple bed pillows and bed lamps on both sides of bed Needs utensils for kitchen No spoons Felt like I was in school with all the dos and dont's and rules. Unusual that I had to empty rubbish down the street. I have never had to do this in any other accomodation place. It would be good to have some information on public transport and supermarkets. No restaurants in immediate area but would also be good to know this TV, would be good to have it tuned to watch free to view Chanel or Netflix or prime Shower floor slippery needs a non slip mat and bath mat
