Dish washer had stagnant water in the bottom, the tray for shampoo and conditioner was not clean and the floor could definitely have been hoovered more

Very good apartment, new and good equipped. I couldn't get inside as code didn't work, but I called to the host and he solved the issue immediately. Host is always on phone to help

No toaster, more toilet paper and maybe a toilet gel as we had to buy our own and a laundry tablet or 2 maybe with the dishwashing ones. Instructions on how to use the oven because we could only figure out the microwave and didn’t want to risk breaking anything.

Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Shower was good pressure and stayed warm. Bed was 10/10 comfy and balcony to open in the mornings was beautiful. Washing machine was very helpful

This was not a factor for our stay, however worth noting that the TV had pixel streaks, but the only way you could tell, is if you’d turn it on, since there were no visible cracks on the screen. The alphabet apartment team stated that they placed an order for a new one, but given our relatively short stay, we didn’t live through it coming to frutition. Hopefully next attendies well enjoy a new TV.

The apartment had Nuki devices installed, so no physical keys were necessary to enter the premises, as well as the apartment itself, just a pin code. The place had all the necessary ammenities, the kitchen had all the cutlery and toiletries were available in the bathroom. The staff was amiable and provided all the necessary info in advance.

There were pots and pans but no spatulas or spoons provided to cook. There was no physical front desk, emails sent could not get into the room without important links and the receptionist hung up on me several times. There was no room service, you had to take out your own rubbish, kitchenware and bedding were not very clean.

The person in the other room kept moving furniture throughout the day and late in the evening for some reason, quite annoying to say the least.

I love my stay here it , the room had everything i needed for a longer stay. Very clean and tidy as well and the cleaning lady from The Dominican Republic was very nice and professional.

The paid city parking outside The Hendrik can become very expensive, but the Alphabet team provides guidance on this. I would suggest using a budget-friendly parking app or getting registered with Gemeente a.s.a.p. to avoid charges or fines.

The studio i stayed in for 2 months was generously sized and had all the amenities I could ask for. Although situated on the relatively quiet Noordereiland it was still in walking distance of Rotterdam city centre, the Markthal and Wilhelmina and Blaak metro stations.

1-TV with no chanels you should get smart TV instead 2-Lack of information such as the unit number and how to use the password since the device is very hard to spot especially at the night time. 3-The damage depoait of 300 Euros is very high comparing to other properties.

There was lack of spoon and ladle or spatulas in the kitchen, so it was a bit inconvenient when cooking.

The view from the balcony was so great, and you can see the fireworks without going out. The room was comfortable and cozy. The check-in&out were easy with code. There was a supermarket just nearby which is quite convenient. Will recommend this place.

Needs another couple bed pillows and bed lamps on both sides of bed Needs utensils for kitchen No spoons Felt like I was in school with all the dos and dont's and rules. Unusual that I had to empty rubbish down the street. I have never had to do this in any other accomodation place. It would be good to have some information on public transport and supermarkets. No restaurants in immediate area but would also be good to know this TV, would be good to have it tuned to watch free to view Chanel or Netflix or prime Shower floor slippery needs a non slip mat and bath mat

It takes them 2 weeks (!) to return a 300€ deposit, and invoices are only issued after several reminders and are quite unprofessional (cannot add company addresses, VAT etc).
