I had 10 rooms. Out of the 10 rooms only 4 were clean. Most of the rooms had left over costume pieces in the couch and dirt all in the shower. They refuse to give bed sheets and clean towels. At one point the front desk person hung up on one of my family members.

The pool was cozy and convenient. The first front desk person Darielle was amazing. She helped us a lot. The second person had a big attitude. The breakfast was okay and the location was perfect.

Our reservation for king disability room was not available at check in. Given a queen double. Room was nice just disappointed in not getting what we reserved. Desk attendant was ready to get off work and just not friendly. Handed off too next shift to complete registration. Our arrival was approximately 10:45. Train was late.

It was fairly to Amtrak and thru Booking.com the price was best for type of hotel.

Our rooms were not cleaned, towels weren't changed. We literally had to go downstairs and ask for towels and toilet paper. It was a 7-night stay and no one ever came to make the beds or even ask if we needed anything. The staff was okay, the sweetest one was a young lady with locs and who wore glasses (I forgot her name). She was always super cheerful. The night staff is not helpful and not very friendly. Most nights there was no one at the desk, I'd have to look over to the other side of the reception to see the employee sitting and watching a movie. Not very professional. Overall, I give La Quinta a 6/10.

The location was perfect, not too fat from the airport, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast is okay also.

First off, the ‘check-in system’ crashed right at check in time, 3PM, so we had to wait for an hour 20 minutes before being checked in. The staff was super nice about it, but just inconvenient to my stay personally since we had lots of things planned for after we got there and ended up not being able to do these things. Second, whenever we got into our room, the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless you pulled it hard. I don’t know if it was just our room, 1004, or if it was all of the room doors, but if you just let it go to close on it’s own like a normal hotel door, it would stay cracked open. So just be mindful of that. Third, the bathroom was kinda dirty. I wouldn’t say it was nasty, but the floors definitely hadn’t been swept in a while & the bathtub was a bit dirty. It wasn’t horrible or unbearable, just a few little things that stuck out to me. For $246 after taxes, I expected a lot more. There were also stains on the bedsheets. Looked like grease stains to me. We had a good time overall, but like i said these little things did stick out to me!

We were four people at the room and they just gave us 4 towels. We went in the morning to get two more and they didn’t give them to us so we needed to share. They said that during the day they will put the remaining two in our room but never did. Breakfast was very poor and crowded.

The location was great, far enough from the French quarter so there was not too much noise and we could sleep but at the same time close enough for just a 10 min walk

I wish there was more hot food for breakfast, there was only waffles and sausages. And there was no room service or cleaners. The hotel damage deposit is also very high.

Even though we knew the room wouldn’t be attended to daily, fresh towels daily is important to us during any hotel stay and we were surprised we had to ask and wait for them each day. Thats the only thing we would change.

We were warmly welcomed, it was clean and attractively decorated, SO close to the French Quarter and affordable. We will stay here again and can’t wait to go back to NOLA!

Room facilities were poor, no safe to lock away valuables and we were not a fan of the polystyrene disposal coffee cups they provided in the room. Breakfast was reasonable but basic. Hotel overall was tired and cleanliness was lacking as we had dusty surfaces in our room on arrival. Also be warned they don’t service rooms every day. Staff and customer service were poor. Often when talking to staff they would pick up the phone in the middle of your transaction or start dealing with someone else. This came across as unprofessional and actually quite rude. We were in town for the Jazz Festival and this hotel cost twice the price it would have normally been so value for money it was not. Would not recommend this hotel if staying in New Orleans.

The bathroom. the toilet was too low. the mattress was too hard and the pillows were offer.

The Hotel was downtown where I wanted to be this was good, but the staff was not very friendly, and the female on duty never greeted us. The bed was OK but no one came by to offer any clean towels during our total stay, and Handicapped accessibility was terrible, the toilet was too low to the floor and the tub was too high for me to step over, they did have a rail on the bathtub wall.

The person that checked me in he was great - he accommodated me well - I asked if I can have a late check out and he said yes that it would be no problem but to ask the morning shift clerk - I did wake up and I did ask the morning staff clerk but she was not able to let me have a late check out - I informed her the the night clerk said it wouldn’t be a problem but she had a problem with me asking and did not accommodate - so yeah
