These apartment/hotel rooms are reasonably well organized. The laundry room attached was large; large enough that maybe more use could be made of that space. The location was reasonable.

The welcome email did not tell me that I'd need further internet to get the code, and since I just crossed from Canada, I really didn't want to use the way-over-the-top roaming that Canadians are abused with. Please provide a login page that I can download and keep on my phone that is *COMPLETE* and requires no Internet. The front door never did work with the "app", I had to enter the code every time. The room lock, OTH, worked fine. The soundproofing in the apartments is completely inadequate. Maids very noisy when I tried to nap. Other patrons made lots of noise one night (I complained, but they couldn't find anything when they "investigated"). There are mis-installed outlets in the room, and I let them know.

Nice place. To the beach 5 mins, shop 1 min. Very nice personel. Very helpful. I dont know what to write more because I was very pleased with this stay, mostly all were okay.

Wifi didint work in the last 2 days. Sorry but this is important for people - I understood problem with WIFI for 2-3 h but not for 2 days. In the rooms should be more clothes cupboard because there is just 2 for 4 people , so other 2 people need to have all the time clothes in the bag The lighting in the lodgue area is switch off around 10 PM , but people are sitting here to around 12 AM/PM ... very quiet , so switch off the light is not necessary

The location was great, far enough from the French quarter so there was not too much noise and we could sleep but at the same time close enough for just a 10 min walk

We were four people at the room and they just gave us 4 towels. We went in the morning to get two more and they didn’t give them to us so we needed to share. They said that during the day they will put the remaining two in our room but never did. Breakfast was very poor and crowded.

Great location in trendy meatpacking district. Close to start of the High Line. Close to Chelsea Markets. Good size room.

Price charged was more than advertised on Booking.com. When I tried to book it through the app it promised a certain price but when I clicked on submit it jumped by $600 US.

Staff were nice and it was convenient after a flight. Parking is free as a guest.

Breakfast room is very small people were waiting ages to get a free table as only about 7 tables for a large hotel, not environmentally friendly with all the plastic plates and cutlery. Breakfast choice was poor, needs regular topping up which it didn’t get.
