I booked because I needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. When we arrived at the airport we were dropped of at the parking garage rather that at our individual airline entrance. A long walk dragging luggage. I would not have booked had I known this was your policy.

The front handicap access door didn’t work and should definitely be seen too immediately. There were an abundance of seniors using the front door ramp and were frustrated with the fact it didn’t work!!

Breakfast was fine (what we expected really) although there was limited or no amounts of items. People tend to be over zealous in taking things. The area was clean and pleasant and staff were doing their best in managing or controlling food frenzy people.

Water temperature! Plenty of pressure but temperature fluctuated every 15 seconds from cold to scalding no mater what you did or when you showered. Often there was no cold water just very warm

Breakfast room is very small people were waiting ages to get a free table as only about 7 tables for a large hotel, not environmentally friendly with all the plastic plates and cutlery. Breakfast choice was poor, needs regular topping up which it didn’t get.

Staff were nice and it was convenient after a flight. Parking is free as a guest.

The only issue we had was that our original room's shower temperature was difficult to regulate and came out very hot. We spoke to the front desk and they immediately changed us to a different room while they worked on the issue. The new room didn't have the same problem and was just as clean.

The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast each morning was an added bonus. Staff was very nice and helpful each interaction we had.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. A proper bathtub with plenty of hot water. A fridge and microwave.

Day shift desk staff! He was artificially friendly at the same time he screwed us and charged an extra $200 deposit on top of the first $200 deposit. Said there was nothing he could do to reverse it. We got it back after we checked out but it caused us to have to take out a short term loan from our credit union. Room was in disrepair. No improvements since our last stay when the shower temperature was scalding, then freezing within seconds.

The sheets are microfiber, the coffee was mediocre.

Missing my connection at SeaTac, I needed a place to rest that provided a shuttle. Quality Inn offers airport transportation 24 hours! The overnight staff was pleasant and thorough, cheerfully checking in a line of weary travelers at midnight. Shoutout to Shane ( or Shad??) Everything was clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable! They had toothpaste that I needed, and a variety of breakfast offerings, too. Perfect resting spot for a quick rest before catching my next flight 😉

The corridor smelled like somebody was smoking marijuana even in the non smoking rooms it was strong. The shuttle that’s suppose to leave at 6 am did leave at that time but they have to take some people in another hotel and assist other people with the parking I almost missed my flight coz that was 30 minutes of going from one place to another and going to the airport

The blankets in the room were too thin, and there were no extras to be used. Also, I used the services for parking while flying out back. The gentleman who drove us was extremely rude.. Myself and another passenger helped an elderly couple get all their luggage while the driver sat there.
