Wellness excellent, staff always at disposal. Near gondola, 5 min walk. I read in earlier reviews that for dinner you get little food, but it is enough because you have 3 courses + 3 courses to share+ salad and cheese bar.

Massages are available on request. the location is amazing, nice to see the sunset and down from this place, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast really big, with many choices for everybody. the staff was so nice, so they upgraded our room to an apartment for free. they also have a pool where you can sit and watch the mountains. the parking spot is large and free of charge. they also have a chef at the restaurant which cooks really good. they have a bar with good drinks. recommend it.

The view from the hotel was incredible and jaw dropping. Hotel is in a quiet area but reachable by car. Would strongly recommend staying here if you are basing yourself in the Bolzano area.
