Well kept, well staffed property in a park like setting. A little difficult to access by bus. Excellent restaurant and service. No elevator. Heated pool was lovely.

Breakfast - The coffee out of the machine was only lukewarm and only small cups were available. Evening meal - did not book a table during our stay as we would have preferred more choice for non-meat eaters, i.e. a roast dinner: Quorn chicken fillet served with all the usual trimmings. Prices also high.

Idyllic location in a peaceful setting. Lovely grounds. Room a very good size, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to like, everything was good.

This hotel is set on beautiful grounds, very welcoming and attentive staff. We had a meal in the restaurant on the Friday night and the food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced. It's in a great location to get to St Peter Port, bus stop is about an eight minute walk and your in the port in about 15 minutes, we bought Puffin passes to get around the island. Cobo Bay is lovely for a walk

Getting out onto the main road from the hotel can be a bit of a worry. As although there is mirrors facing both ways the speed of the traffic and the restricted view it can be difficult

Excellent location as although just off of a main road it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was superb! Nice and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely and spacious and the power of the water was very relaxing

The pillows and the mattress a bit hard for me.

Everything from the staff to the very professional service they give you is absolutely brilliant.🤩👍 The food was delicious from the breakfast to the evening meal 🤗. My wife and I met the owner and he struck me that he really appreciated his staff and made us feel as though we were all part of a big family.🇬🇬🙂. Thank you to you all for making some really lovely memories for my wife and I.🥰

If you are reliant on bus, while the bus system is good and you have 2 options to get to the hotel, you'll spend more time on the bus getting to other parts of the island. If you have a car, it's a great location.

Great hotel and very good value for money with comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. All of the staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms and all areas were really very clean. Breakfast was good and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. If you've got a car, it's easy access to all areas on the island.

No footpath on road outside hotel would be good idea to either cut back bushes for better view of oncoming traffic or better still put a path inside their wall to walk on.
