Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Sound insulation between rooms and to the hallway especially was very subpar, Breakfast was very meh for the style of hotel, the coffee very bad (but that's par for the course in Britain),one of two elevators was broken throughout my 4 day stay. Australia2 of 4 Milk sachets are off with flake texture on the day when we checked in. They topped up tea bags but not milk sachets. We have 2 ppl but only one pair of disposable slippers provided on second day. House keeping needs to pay more attention to certain details.
5 mins walk to Earls Court tube station. Staff are attentive. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Sufficient air conditioning. Bathroom good size and shower control is easy to operate. Soft drinks at their grab and go shelf are cheap.

United KingdomThe parking. Be warned the hotel do not own the car park located directly next to it (accessed through their own ramp), so can’t guarantee spaces. Ash on concierge was an absolute star, warning us that cars frequently get broken into there so allowing us to park on the ramp where staff could keep an eye on our car - thanks Ash!
Just the location I needed the night before a photoshoot for work. The hotel has obviously been refurbished fairly recently so it’s got nice modern decor. Rooms are small and it’s right on the main road but it was easy to walk to High Street Ken

United KingdomOnly a couple of negatives, one was the power shower, being an electric shower it was a bit weak on flow. The other was the choice of rooms... we picked the rooms that were described as high up with a large bed over the rooms that had the extra large bed but not high up. The assumption we made was that it would give us a view over London... it didn't we just looked over buildings of a similar height.
The hotel is ideally located for access to the tube line for your trips out and easily found coming into London from the west. The rooms were very comfortable with all you need included, even if we did need to look on you tube to find out how to work the Nespresso machine. Staff were all lovely and keen to help where possible. There's also a car park underneath but £20 a day felt steep for a guest.
